Producer description : Domaine Uby is growing vines for more than a century on Gascony hills.The vineyard covers 100 ha of boulbčnes and tawny sands has been completely restructured in recent years in an objective quality. It consists mostly of local white grapes, producing wines aromatic,fresh and fruity, typical of this region.Other varieties have gradually supplemented the vines to diversify the range of wine.The vine is now composed of: 25% Colombard 20% Gros Manseng 20% Ugni Blanc 12% Sauvignon 8% Petit Manseng 7% Chardonnay 7% Red Grapes (Tannat,Cabernet Sauvignon,Merlot and Syrah) In an objective quality, densities were increased plantings for wine more structured, more concentrated fruit flavors and floral.The field is now engaged in a formal process:controlled viticulture.No sale in Japan.
